June Weddings 2018

June 9, 2018: Lindsey & Andy Barnett
Lindsey & Andy were married at The Plantation Barn of 1810 in Morristown, TN. This venue is one of our FAVORITES in East TN. Lindsey stated, "We had the wedding in the field, reception in the barn, and this venue was absolutely perfect and everything we dreamed of."  Alice Rogers was the coordinator, and she does the best detail work. Again, the bride commented, "She’s the BEST!" Lindsey was a happy and beautiful bride. Her dress had a sweetheart neckline with lace going down to her waist and scattering her full skirt. Her neck and ears wore pearls perfectly. Her bridesmaids wore long, strapless coral dresses. And Lindsey walking down the aisle? Sweet tears all the way down to her groom.

Their love story, as told by Lindsey:
"Andy and I met the first couple of weeks of our freshman year at Carson Newman University and quickly became best friends. Andy played basketball and I played volleyball, so we had a lot of mutual friends and would hang out with each other frequently. Andy would sometimes tell me he was going to take me out on a date, and I would just laugh and walk away. (LOL :) As the years went on, our friendship was always strong, and finally I agreed to go to dinner with him 3 years later. Ha Instantly I knew, although I didn't tell him this right away, that we would be together for a long time. We started dating March 10, 2015 and the story keeps going. He surprised me with the sweetest engagement on Sunday, October 22, 2017, which was supposed to be a surprise photo shoot of pictures for our parent's Christmas present which was actually a reverse surprise for me. He got down on one knee, and I couldn't breathe for the rest of the night because it truly took my breath away. (I couldn't even remember if I said YES out loud!Ha) But he asked, and I did say YES! He had planned for some of our closest friends and family to be waiting for us at a cabin after the engagement and celebrate this special day with us.

Favorite part of the day:
"I have so many favorite parts! The whole day was a fairytale. My favorite part of our wedding was walking down the isle to Andy and seeing his big smiling face, surrounded by all of our family and best friends (and our dog of honor, Cash) and knowing that at that moment- my fairytale was completely coming true. :) I am so thankful God chose for me to spend forever with my best friend."

Music during the ceremony was by Sacred CallingMelissa Wheeler provided the yummy food,a Catey Cakes made the cake.  DJ Tony Boring threw the party at the reception. We spent the day with Days Go By Photography, who was fantastic.

June 30, 2018: Hilary & Chad Baker
Hilary & Chad were married at the Danville Country Club in Danville, KY. This couple and wedding were ridiculously fun. Hilary's dress had a deep sweetheart neckline and had jewels and beading all the way down to her knees, and then the skirt was full, ruffled, and layered. It was probably one of the prettiest dresses we've seen so far; the bride got it from Chantilly Bridal in Russell Springs, KY. The bridesmaids wore light pink dresses with a see through high neckline. Hilary sang and dance through her entire "The Dress" video; it will make anyone happy to watch it!

Their love story, as told by Hilary:
"Our love story is simple. Two best friends that fell in love and built a life together."

Favorite part of the day:
"My favorite part was the ceremony honestly. I thought I would be a total wreck the whole time and as soon as I saw him I was overwhelmingly happy! The feeling was euphoric and something I’ll never forget. We talked about it and that was his favorite part as well. "

The Finishing Touch by Stephanie perfectly planned the whole day. Bluegrass and Buttercream  made the classy cake and delicious cupcakes. Maurice Bell was the DJ and kept the party going. Magnolia Grove Photography took photos for the day, and they were perfect as well. Chad was showed off in the Intro video too, sweet and funny, as well as some gorgeous golden hour shots.

March & May Weddings 2018

March 24, 2018: Marianne & Andy Harrell
Marianne & Andy were married at the First United Methodist Church in Cookeville, TN and was followed by a reception at The Clark House in Livingston, TN. The FUMC in Cookeville is gorgeous, and we think their classy wedding had the perfect backdrop there. Tatum Hill did hair and make-up for the bride and her girls. (AND she has an interior design store here in Cookeville - so cute!) Marianne's dress was stunning, with a high neck, low back, a lace belt, and clean lines. She purchased it at The Bride Room in Nashville, TN.  The boys wore classic tuxes from Street Tuxedo. Her bouquet was white and full (arranged by the talented Mitchell White), and the reception was just as pretty as the ceremony.

Their love story, as told by Marianne:
"We both agreed to a double date Summer 2016 after almost a decade of family members trying to set us up, but due to living in different cities and having other relationships we kept delaying..one of our biggest regrets. Our first date was a double date at a Sounds baseball game where we stayed up way past our bedtimes but seemed like it only lasted 5 minutes! We both knew we would one day marry each other after a long road trip full of conversation and various rap and country car karaoke about one month after our first date. Andy proposed in September 2017, on his birthday after a surprise dinner at one of his favorite restaurants, Cici's Pizza. Wedding planning came pretty easily as we were so excited to begin our life as one....but we could've done without the fancy ballroom dance lessons. We still love looking back on our wedding day, all the loved ones we saw, the events throughout the day, and the monsoon that was occurring outside. We both agree it was truly the best day of our lives."

Favorite part of the day:
" Our favorite part was walking out of the sanctuary hand in hand so giddy and feeling on top of the world! It's so much fun looking back 10 months later as we are expecting our first child in June 2019! "

Invitations and programs were from The Paper Place, also in Nashville. The invites were dressed with calligraphy by White Ink Calligraphy, so beautiful. Sandy Hull made the yummy cake. Last, but definitely not least, Haley George Photography helped us capture all of the important moments from the Harrells' special day. So happy for you both!

May 12, 2018: Morgan & Chris Buckles
Morgan & Chris were married at The Venue at the King Centre in Johnson City, TN. Okay, so this one was really special for me. Morgan and I were in Alpha Delta Pi sorority together, and she was actually my little diamond sister. She and I bonded in college, and we've managed to keep our friendship throughout the years. Mo is truly one of a kind. She's spunky, smart, hilarious, and above all, she has the most genuine and kind heart. Once you meet her, you will never forget her. She found her true other half, Chris, who complements her and balances her so well. And man, he loves her so much, and it's obvious. It was amazing being there for her wedding day. First, it was Disney themed, so who couldn't love that?! Our first Disney themed wedding, and it was so thought out and still remained very classy. Morgan's dress really made her look and feel like a princess with a lace neckline with lace that also flowed over her full skirt. We, the bridesmaids, wore navy dresses, all in different styles, and I don't think there's anyone who can look bad in navy! All of the dresses were from David's Bridal. And the man of honor wore a navy vest to match. The rest of the boys wore beige tuxes. The end of The Dress video makes me laugh every time:

Their love story, as told by Morgan:
"Chris and I met at a birthday party about 5 years ago. We were always friends, but never anything else. Two years ago, a dog went missing near my work. I messaged him to see if it was near his work (less than a mile from us) and we haven’t stopped talking since. We’re each other’s better halves. And I am so thrilled to have found my person. "

Favorite part of the day:
"Looking out at our reception and seeing all of our favorite people in one room"

The food was delicious and was from Simply Elegant. The cake was from Petite Sweets; yummmm. Flowers were from Food City and the bride's grandmother's garden, and were arranged to be such pretty bouquets. Maganda Moments was the photographer, and they were SO fun to work with! Such a cool couple (like, everyone wanted to be them), and the Buckles wedding photos turned out gorgeous. Congrats to Morgan & Chris! Love you guys.

May 19, 2018: Haven & Eric
Haven & Eric were married at Collegeside Church of Christ with a reception at the Leslie Town Center, both in Cookeville, TN. We met Haven last year when we filmed her sister's wedding. We loved getting to meet this sweet family at Hannah's wedding and were even more excited when they asked us to film for Haven as well! Haven and Eric had their first look overlooking beautiful Tennessee mountains, and we weren't surprised by Eric's face when he saw Haven in her dress. She was stunning! Make-up for the bride and her girls was done by FACES in Cookeville.

Their love story, as told by Haven:
"Eric and I first met at Chi alpha bible study at TTU. We started hanging out with a big group of close friends. Shortly after, we realized that we loved being together so Eric asked me out on a date. We had a picnic at Bee Rock (where we also had our first look at our wedding.) Since then, We became the best of friends, and we never looked back!"

The whole day was coordinated by Kerri Apple. Catering was by Carol's Catering, and cake was by House of Frosting. The couple also had coffee at their event, by Soul Craft Coffee, a new coffee shop in Cookeville. Marissa Sorrell was the photographer. Not only does she have the sweetest spirit, but her photos are s-t-u-n-n-i-n-g!!! Take a look. Here is their Intro!

October & November Weddings 2017

Okay, okay. I am SO behind on this blog. To be fair, I've had a lot of this written out for a long time and have been waiting on some information and also for longer than five minutes to sit down and compose some thoughts! Our fall weddings were definitely worth blogging about though, so here they are!

October 8, 2017: Leila & Adrian Jones
Leila & Adrian celebrated their marriage at The Waterhouse Pavilion in Chattanooga, TN. Casey and I went to college and met each other in Chattanooga, so any chance to film there is a great one! This was our first time at this venue, though, and we LOVED it. It is downtown but romantic and elegant at the same time. We had met Leila before as she was a bridesmaid in one of our former bride's wedding, and she was so fun so be around then. At her own wedding, it was even more so, and Casey enjoyed spending the morning with Leila and her bridesmaids as they got ready. Leila looked amazing in her wedding dress that was form-fitting and wrapped around her chest with at off the shoulder neckline. Her skirt was full, and her waist was decorated with a sparkling belt. Her girls wore different colored dresses that complemented each other well.

Adrian was all smiles when he saw Leila during the first look, and they both looked smitten all day. Leila danced her heart out all night with Adrian by her side!

October 14, 2017: Lauren & Adam Rickard
Lauren & Adam were married at The Millstone in Limestone, TN. This was our first time filming at this venue as well. Its website describes it best: "The Millstone is nestled inside the beautiful countryside in Limestone, TN. Here it awaits the hosting of your wedding or special event. Filled with natural landscaping, the grounds at the Millstone is perfect for any celebration. The mill has been restored into a stunning venue while still preserving the history that has been a part of community since 1811." Lauren was an absolutely stunning bride. Her dress was from bridals by Lori. The top was lace with a deep V in both the front and back with a flowing skirt. Her bridesmaids wore long, dusty rose pink dresses. The best surprise guest in the videos? Lauren's new adorable puppy that she received as a gift. SO CUTE!

Their love story, as told by Lauren:

"Adam and I met on the lake July 3, 2014 while with mutual friends. It was love at first sight for both of us. We kept in touch after that day, and we dated for a year and a half; then, he asked me to marry him on Christmas Day. After a year of engagement, we got married on October 14. It was everything we ever wanted. We have loved married life and enjoy each other everyday. "

Favorite part of the day:
"My favorite part of the day was seeing Adam's reaction and seeing him for the first time that day. Adam's favorite part of the day was seeing me walk down the aisle."

The flowers, including the beautiful ones that Lauren wore in her hair were from Laura’s Flowers. The wedding coordinator was Billy Yardley. Mike White was the DJ that kept the reception going. Lori Parrot made the wedding cake. Photography was Lighthouse Photography by Steve Ellis. Here is their Intro!

October 28, 2017: Kelly & Evan Davenport
Kelly & Evan were married at Bonny Meade in Lebanon, TN. This venue has the most beautiful outdoor space and scenery. The background behind the ceremony arch, for instance, is breathtaking! Kelly was a sweetheart, a genuine and kind person. She looked so pretty in her wedding dress with a sweetheart neckline and a full skirt. Her bridesmaids wore turquoise dresses, and they all carried bright orange flowers. The boys wore matching turquoise ties with orange boutonnieres. Photos were by Brielle Nicole Photography, and she made the day easy! Congrats to you both!

November 4, 2017: Alicia & Patrick Berrier
Alicia & Patrick were married at Cedarwood Weddings, in Nashville, TN. This venue is seriously one of the most beautiful ones we have ever filmed. It's a 50-acre estate with multiple sites within it to use, all of them so pretty. It's also pretty all inclusive and provided the wedding coordinator, flowers, and most of the décor! Alicia was gorgeous. Her dress was by Rime Arodaky from The Dress Theory and was amazing. It was two pieces, with the top having short sleeves and a boat neckline with embroidered tulle covering the back. The skirt had embroidered tulle at the back as well with a flare in the skirt. Her bridesmaids wore grey, which helped to highlight the beautiful fall colored flowers.

Their love story, as told by Alicia:
"Patrick and I met through a mutual friend that we had worked with at different times. She was moving away and had a "Nashville Bucket List" of places she wanted to go before moving. She invited us both to brunch at Butchertown Hall, and we spent the rest of the day going to some bars and patios around Nashville. Our friend was planning one last going away event for dinner about 2 weeks later, and I happened to run into Patrick again (at Butchertown Hall again, which is why that is where we had our rehearsal dinner) a couple days before and asked if he was planning on attending. He failed to tell me he was running a marathon that morning, but he managed to still make it out that night. We talked all night even though we were with a group of 20 or so people and Patrick asked me on our first date. I wasn't sure it would actually ever happen because he was leaving for Europe the next morning for 3 weeks but as soon as he landed back in Tennessee he made sure to remind me of our date plans that week! We ended up being neighbors in Germantown for a year and became inseparable. It's been Patrick, me, and our two quirky dogs ever since!"

Invitations were from Designsinpaper. The cake was from Nashville Sweet Shop and was super yummy. The photographer was Julie Paisley Photography, and, guys, she's one of the best photographers we've ever worked with. Her photos of this wedding are phenomenal! Here is their Intro video with a really precious first look. Enjoy!

September Weddings 2017

September 14, 2017: MacKenzie & Noah Barrett
MacKenzie & Noah were married at Sunset Marina and Resort on Dale Hollow Lake in Tennessee.  This. Wedding. Weather forecasts called for rain due to a recent hurricane, making both us and the bride nervous due to the ceremony being on the pier on the lake, but when it was ceremony time, it was absolutely gorgeous outside. Perfect weather, perfect beautiful couple. I have known MacKenzie for a long time, as we both danced at Stage One for the majority of our lives, and she has always been beautiful - as a dancer and as a person. I was excited when we were asked to film her wedding and knew it would be a memorable one. MacKenzie's dress was stunning; it had thin straps with a deep V in both the front and back, with beading on the bodice and smooth below the waist. It was form-fitting until it spread out seamlessly at the bottom and looked amazing on MacKenzie. The White Room helped her design her dream dress. Noah wore a handsome navy suit and looked so happy to be marrying his bride.

Their love story, as told by MacKenzie:
"I was working at the dance studio about to go into class whenever Noah walked in with Brett (my friend Ashley's husband). They were bringing Ashley dinner. (Later I would come to find out that my friends were purposely trying to set us up.) Noah introduced himself, and I didn't think much about him so I went on to class. The next week he met me at the dance studio again this time by himself. With shaky hands he told me that it would be an honor to take me out on a date. I told him I'd think about it. After a few dates, we began to get close. The only catch was that he was due to leave for the military a month later. Exactly one week before his ship out date, he fell and broke his ankle. This sounds like a terrible thing, however, it pushed his ship out date to six months later. Those extra months allowed us to form the relationship we have now and prepared us for the nearly two years of long distance relationship before we got married."

Favorite part of the day:
"The whole week prior to the wedding was raining and cool. Hurricane Harvey hit the week prior and hurricane Irma hit just a few days before we said I Do. We woke up the morning of the wedding to a dreary, rainy morning. Literally one hour before the wedding was to start the clouds opened up and the sun began to shine. That to me was God's sign that we were going to have an amazing day."

The wedding was coordinated by Shelby Davidson. Photography was by Jennifer Potter, and the pictures are amazing!  The Pier 42 restaurant at Sunset Marine catered, and Kimmie Swann made the cake.  Abel Gardens created the pretty flower arrangements. Check out their Intro - it's one of my favorites from 2017!

September 15, 2017: Samantha & Steven Dwyer
Samantha & Steven were married at The Cordelle in downtown Nashville, TN, which is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL venue! The website describes it as such: "Nestled among the downtown landscape, The Cordelle is just minutes from the storied Honky Tonks of Broadway, renowned hotels, acclaimed restaurants and Nashville’s Music City Center. The modern vintage interior space complements a wide range of events: The Great Hall, The Victorian and The Furnished Loft provide effortless style, versatility and a cost effective option for your venue search.  This unique location also offers a lush outdoor lawn and garden area that features a spacious “southern style” covered porch." The wedding coordinator, MeetCute Event Planning, made sure the day ran smoothly. Samantha and her bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done by Beauty by K2. Let me tell you - Samantha was gorgeous. Her dress was in layers, with a simple, smooth, fitted dress underneath a layer of lace with a unique neckline and great detailing overall. Her bridesmaids wore long grey dresses, all with necklines different than the other. Steven wore a white tux to contrast the black tuxes of his groomsmen. This wedding was so classy!

Their love story, as told by Samantha:
"We met while working for a company based out of Indiana from our remote locations. I was working out of Philadelphia and Steve was working out of Charlotte. At the time, I had been working for this company for about a year and there were some new sales representatives starting. There was a meeting in Denver for the sales team to connect and present on their territories. One of the “new guys” at the meeting was Steve. He got my attention almost immediately. Fast-forward a few years, we ended up talking at another meeting and really connected. We were together ever since. We dated long distance for a year, but eventually Steve moved to Philadelphia as his act of chivalry. We ultimately deceived to move to Nashville together. I always knew he was the one."

And as told by Steven:
"At Christmas time I started to look for rings with the help of Samantha’s mom. We agonized for months over the ring. I really wanted to surprise her and catch her off guard. We had been together for over four years at that point, so we were both ready to make it official. When I finally decided on the ring, I made dinner reservations at our favorite restaurant. While we were getting ready we were listening to a Pandora station and a song came on that brought Samantha to tears. As we listened she said, “I want this song to be our wedding song one day”. When we got back to the house I had the song playing, champagne, roses and our dog Oliver there waiting. After all of the work we did on the ring she said “yes” before she even saw it. We stayed up all night talking and went out for brunch the next day to celebrate."

Favorite part of the day:
"My favorite part was when we said our vows at the ceremony."

Photography was by Chad Erickson Photography, and all of the pictures from this wedding are STUNNING. He does a fantastic job! Food was by Flavor Catering, and the cake (featured in the video thumbnail) was from Susan's Sweet Shoppe. Russ Pollard Music Services kept the party going at the reception, and Aperitif Events & Cocktails stocked the bar. Congrats, you two!

August Weddings 2017

August 19, 2017: Hannah & Chandler Fahrner
Hannah & Chandler were married at the Alpine Christ Church Presbyterian in Alpine, TN, and the reception was held at The Clark House in Livingston, TN. This little church in Alpine is small but beautiful and intimate. The Clark House is, again, one of our favorite venues to film at in general. It has beautiful indoor and outdoor options, but what really puts it over the top is its floral and catering options. Mitchell White designs the floral arrangements and décor. The Fahrner wedding had touches of Disney charm worked into it, and  Hannah looked like a princess in her wedding dress. It had sparkly straps with a deep V neckline and a full skirt. Her bridesmaids wore long light pink dresses with silver design on them. All of the dresses were from Hello Honey, and they all carried gorgeous white and deep red bouquets by Mitchell. Their make-up was done by FACES and hair by Manhattan Salon, both in Cookeville, TN. The guys classy tuxes were from CityBoy Tuxedos.

Their love story, as told by Hannah:
"Chandler and I met in the spring of 2015. I was participating in the Disney College Program and he was one of my leaders at my work location. We quickly became friends while working together and after four months when I left to go home we stayed in touch. We got to know one another through phone calls and Facetime for three months before we saw one another again. Our entire dating relationship has been long distance and has hard as that was we know it made us stronger for the future. We tried to see each other about once a month and after one year of dating Chandler asked me to marry him, and I said yes! A year of planning for the wedding, finishing my senior year of college, and packing to move 10 hours away went by so quickly. Our day was perfect, everything we had ever imagined."

Favorite part of the day:
"Chandler's favorite part of the day was by far the firework send off. It was only appropriate that we end our day with Disney Fireworks to tie up our Disney Reception. Mine was the live band! The entire reception was set with a fun loving mood with the band that just kept the party going. On a collective note though, we both agree that our foot washing during the Ceremony was the most humbling and memorable part of our day. It was the perfect way to set ourselves up for success for our forever. To serve one another selflessly."

The couple's rings came from Cumberland Gold Jewelry. The beautiful Disney inspired cakes were crafted by the House of Frosting. The fun photo booth was by 5 Diamond Productions, whom we love working with. The photographer was Marissa Sorrell Photography, and the Fahrner pictures are gorgeous! And Kerri Apple was the coordinator and made the day go so smoothly. Here is their Intro!

August 26, 2017: Shea & Nick Wilson
Shea & Nick were married at the Saltbox Inn in Cookeville, TN. We LOVE the Saltbox and have filmed there many times; it's never disappointed! I have known both Shea & Nick for several years; I graduated from high school with Nick. I was so excited when they contacted us about filming, because it's always just a little more special when you know the couple. Shea was stunning in her strapless, lace-covered, fitted gown, surrounded by her bridesmaids in long taupe dresses. The guys wore handsome grey tuxes, rented from CityBoy Tuxedos in Cookeville. It was a great day for a wedding, and Shea & Nick seem to have so much fun together.

Their love story, as told by Shea:
"Well that one is pretty comical..me and Nick had known each other in high school, but I laugh back now when I tell him "I would have never dated you when we were in high school" but now look at us! He had asked me out on date, which I accepted just thinking it would be a free dinner and that would be all that would ever come from it. He said I was very cold-hearted on our first date. He thinks I made him take me somewhere out of Cookeville so that no one would see us together (which was not the case, I just wanted to go somewhere different). On the date I told him that I was not looking to date anyone, and he laughed it off and said "Okay, we will see." We started to hang out with some of our friends together and then went out a few more dates, when one night I was leaving the house, and my mom started hounding me with 100 questions about where I was going and who I had been hanging out with. I told her, "Mom, it is nothing serious right now, IF it becomes something more, then I will tell you." When I had walked out of the door, and she immediately ran upstairs into our attic and grabbed my old yearbook out of a box and started flipping through it. She had always worked in the school system so she pretty much knew history of everyone, with me only answering 3 of her questions she was able to figure out who I was with just by looking through the photos. The only things I had told her was "Yes we went to high school together", "he is 1 year older than me", "and yes, he has 2 older brothers", she made it all the way in the back to the W's when she slammed the book shut and grabbed her phone and text me "IT BETTER NOT BE NICK WILSON!!!" I never replied back to her text, but she fell in love with him as much as I did after we had him over for family dinner. We had dated 1 year and 9 months before he asked me to marry him on Christmas morning (which was not his plan at all but he said he couldn't hold on to it anymore). I have been eating all of my words ever since, never say never!"

Favorite part of the day:
"Nick and I both agree that our all time favorite part was our first look moment we shared together. Then, a close second favorite would be the reception and just having all of our favorite people that we love all in one place together to celebrate with us."

We got to work with Kerri Apple for this wedding as well! The photographer was Casey Mackie Photography. Cupcakes were from Lorie Wright at LaLa's Cupcakes in Sparta, TN. Landon with Cosmo Creations was the DJ, and they provided the photobooth as well. Beer was provided by Calfkiller Brewery in Sparta, TN, and the delicious catering was from Grade-A-Catering. The two were married by a close friend, Chris Howard.

July Weddings 2017

July 2, 2017: Melissa & Will Meyer
Melissa & Will were married at Howe Farms in Georgetown, TN. It was our first time filming at this venue, but we enjoyed it so much. Everyone was easy to work with, and it was GORGEOUS. The website states that the venue is "nestled in lush, rolling hills just outside Chattanooga and minutes from Cleveland. More than 120 acres of natural, breathtaking beauty are complemented by wide open fields, stunning barns, plentiful orchards, tranquil lake views, and panoramic vistas. Ranging from sophisticated to casual elegance, Howe Farms offers a complete package for the perfect setting on your special day." Melissa was a charming bride, and the love between she and her family members was so heart-warming, only matched by the love between her and Will. Melissa wore a lace dress with a deep sweetheart neckline, a low back, and a long lace train. Her bridesmaids wore long navy dresses, and the men wore dark grey suits. We worked with Camellia and her girls from CAMfetti, and they made the wedding day run SO smoothly! They were both so kind, organized, and fun. We would love to work with them again. We also worked with Sara from Sara Kristen Photography, who is both a sweetheart and a beast behind the camera. Her photos from this wedding are so pretty. And the DJ was DJ Scuba Steve who we have worked with several times before. Not only does he play great music, but he interacts with guests and really makes it a great party. We loved this wedding and wish both Melissa & Will all the best!

July 22, 2017: Chrissie & Adam Perry
Chrissie & Adam were married at The Cathedral of the Incarnation in Nashville, TN and had their reception at Loveless Cafe. The chapel was beautiful, and we always love filming at the Loveless barn. They used the Loveless planner, Melissa Dodson and said that she was awesome to work with! Chrissie wore such a pretty dress with a fitted waist and a lace neckline. Adam wore a handsome navy tux, and they looked so happy on their wedding day.

Their love story, as told by Chrissie:
"Adam and I attended the same high school but were just acquaintances. We ran into each other after college when one of my college roommates married one if his friends from our hometown. He asked me to dance at the wedding and we started dating shortly after! 2 years later he asked me to marry him! "

Favorite part of the day:
"Our favorite part of our wedding day was our first dance!"

Hello Trolley provided transportation. Wedding invitations were ordered from Minted.comNashville Sweets made the pretty, nearly naked, yummy cake, which is featured on the video thumbnail. Caprice Palmer from The Enchanted Florists made the gorgeous bouquets. Choice DJs kept the party going. Sarah Sidwell Photography was fabulous and captured the day perfectly - here is a link to the Perry wedding!

June Weddings 2017

We had three wonderful weddings in early June! I know it's already November (Where has this year gone??), but I wanted to revisit these videos and these awesome couples.

June 2, 2017: Megan & Will Simpson
Megan & will were married at the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Jackson, TN. The reception was at  The Opera House in Humboldt, TNFrom the website, "the Opera House Event Hall is 7,500 square feet of beautiful open space on two stories complete with a gorgeous outdoor courtyard in Downtown Humboldt." It is a beautiful space with exposed brick walls and hardwood floors. The wedding coordinator/planner was Tammy Davis, and she kept everything running smoothly. Casey spent the whole day with Megan and her bridal party. Their hair and makeup was courtesy of Paige McCormick. Megan looked stunning in her dress; it had a deep sweetheart neckline and had a low keyhole in the back. She wore it so well, and her bubbly personality and brilliant smile made her truly a bride to see. Her bridesmaids wore blue-green high-low dresses with tank sleeves and a low-V neckline; this color looked so good on all of them! You can see all of them in Megan's "The Dress" video:

Their love story, as told by Megan:
"Will and I met 5 years ago while both working in the ER. I was very stubborn at first but eventually caved and went on a date with him! From there the story truly unfolds. After a few short months, I secretly knew he was the man of my dreams after he said, 'I love you' for the first time! After many trials and tribulations the perfect proposal occurred November 25, 2016 surrounded by both families who were in on the secret!"

Favorite part of the day:
"My favorite part of our wedding day was the first look! It was a moment I will never forget! Will is not an emotional person, but in that moment, the emotions were so transparent! It was also extremely special having our parents share the moment with us as they watched in the background.
"

June 3, 2017: Kellie & James Locum
Kellie & James were actually married in beautiful Ireland! They celebrated with a reception with family and friends at the Duck Pond Manor in Sparta, TN, which we were able to film. The website tells a little bit about the history of the building. It was originally known as the England Mansion, and its building process began in 1861! The 5000 sq foot mansion was built using bricks fired in a kiln right in the farm. How cool is that? Tara Ballinger of Duck Pond Manor was the coordinator and helped everything to run so smoothly on their reception day. Let me tell you; Kellie & James were clearly smitten with each other, and everyone really enjoyed celebrating with them. Kellie was glowing, with her pretty white dress from Ready, Set, Grow in Cookeville, TN that was fitted at her waist with a full skirt. It had a sweetheart neckline, but with an illusion neckline with decorative lace down her arms as sleeves. James looked handsome in his grey suit from Kohl's and light pink tie. My favorite part of their wedding? Their ADORABLE puppy that made her way into many shots in the Intro.

Their love story, as told by Kellie:
"James and I met at TTU in the Fall of 2016 in the Tech Grill one afternoon. He sat down at the table I was at and asked me what kind of music I was listening to on my headphones. We've been together ever since."

Favorite part of the day:
"Simply getting to marry the love of my life is definitely the best part of our wedding. Talk about a dream come true to do life with my best friend ."

Wedding invitations were ordered from Minted.com. Tyrone Carver was the DJ, and we always really enjoy his work - great DJ! Barbara Anderson made the traditional fountain cake, which you can admire in the video below as well. Brandi Zeck Photography and Keepsake Photography both captured the day. We have worked with Heather from Keepsake many times, and we consider her a good friend. Brandi was great to work with as well. I'm fond of this Intro because of the happiness that is evident from the day as well as this pretty perfect song. Congrats again you two, and congrats on your new bundle of joy, Cooper!

June 10, 2017: Lindsay & Joey Meredith
Lindsay & Joey were married at Rosewood Chapel and Event Center in Gainesboro, TN. We have filmed at this venue many times, and it is beautiful and perfect. It has indoor and outdoor space, both with so much character! And its event prices are so reasonable for everything that you get! Casey spent the morning with Lindsay and her beautiful bridesmaids. Lindsay wore a gorgeous dress from The White Room in Lebanon, TN. It had a deep sweetheart neckline with a long trained and was embellished and trimmed beautifully. Lindsay was stunning in it! Her bridesmaids wore long burgundy dresses, also from The White Room. Here is Lindsay's "The Dress" video:

Their love story, as told by Lindsay:
"So a short version of mine and Joey's love story. Let's see! We met while we both were in college at tech but actually didn't talk to each other until through social media when Joey was living in Boston for the summer of 2012. We became really great friends for the next year and then became a couple in June of 2013."

Favorite part of the day:
"I had a couple favorites parts. One being that my whole family and his were able to be a part of our wedding. We were so happy and thankful to be surrounded by everyone that we love. Also, I really am glad we decided to wait to see each other until we walked down the aisle."

The tuxes came from City Boy Tuxedos in Cookeville, TN. They had a shuttle provided by Upper Cumberland Shuttle Service. Holes to Go from Nashville, TN were used for the putt putt, which was a big hit. Catering was by Carol's Catering in Gainesboro. The cake was by Tonya Stafford in Gainesboro. DJ was 5 Diamond Productions in Cookeville, TN, who we absolutely love to work with. Zach and Sarah Photography were the photographers; they are one of our favorites to work with. Here is the blog post from the Meredith wedding! It was a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding for a precious couple. Congrats!
