July 2013 Weddings
Originally, we had only planned for one wedding in July - the Kashner wedding. We were lucky enough to meet Tanisha & Leslie at that wedding though, and once we got to talking, we learned that they were getting married the very next week AND wanted a videographer! How perfect for everyone. haha. So, we filmed two couples who were friends with each other in the same month. We love seeing LemonDrop brides at other LemonDrop weddings. :)
July 20: Katie & Joe Kashner
We met Katie due to a mutual friend named Rachel, and through Rachel talking us up a bit, Katie decided to hire us. We are glad she did! Not only did we get to film at a new venue (new to us, anyway!), Rosewood Chapel in Gainesboro, TN, we also had a chance to meet this sweet couple. It's evident to everyone how much love and respect is between these two; it was a blessing to witness their sweet ceremony. Their height difference is also pretty adorable - Joe just carries Katie around, no problem! Beautiful venue, beautiful details, beautiful family, and beautiful couple. Congrats, you two!

July 27: Tanisha & Leslie Templeton
Again, we met these two at the Kashner wedding. They were two of the most entertaining on the dance floor, and you could tell that they were very in love with each other, just by watching them dance. We didn't have much time to get everything in place as far as getting ready to film with them (It was only a week apart!), but we work well on short notice. :) Tanisha & Leslie's wedding seemed very traditional and classy - their colors were black and white with some pretty, bright yellow, their ceremony was Biblically-based, and Tanisha wore a beautiful, full dress. Two fun things from the day and one interesting fact? Leslie's niece is the cutest. The couple had guests put in money to see who wore the most cake on his/her face (Leslie did, of course). AND Tanisha reeeeally loves her some Mountain Dew. Drink of champions. :) Thank you guys for trusting us with your big day on such short notice! Congrats!
