June 2013 Weddings

June was a super busy month for us! We had three weddings, AND we got married at the end of June as well. :) It was a wonderful month. Here is a recap of the videos we made for the weddings.

June 7: Tiffany & Lee Hammond

Tiffany & Lee were married on June 7, 2013. I have known both Lee and Tiffany for what seems like forever. Lee and I went to school together from elementary school through high school. Tiffany and I have been dancing together since she was 7 years old. Long time! When they started dating, it was like two worlds colliding for me, and I am so happy for the couple. The two really fit each other so well - Tiffany handles Lee's humor, and Lee takes care of "Little Tiffany." Your wedding was beautiful, rain downpour and all. I'm so glad we were able to spend your day with you. Love you!

June 15: Lynsie & Taylor Hughes
We met Lynsie when she was a bridesmaid in another wedding we filmed - Sarah & Alex Duke's wedding. We were excited to know that Sarah was so pleased with her video that she referred us to a friend, and it was nice to see some of the same people again. Lynsie & Taylor seem so well-suited for one another, and their wedding was elegant and fun at the same time. Have you ever seen such a gorgeous dress and veil?! Lynsie was a beauty, and her bridesmaids complimented her well in their natural colored, long dresses. Their reception had a live band that could play pretty much anything you asked of them, and they sounded stinkin' good too! Glowsticks for the guests upped the fun factor as well. I, unfortunately, missed this wedding, so thank you to Casey's mom for helping to film the big day. This is one I sure am sorry that I missed!

June 22: Alison & Sean Powell
Last month, we got to film our cousin Josh's wedding. This month, we got to film his brother's wedding! Sean has always been a creative, intelligent, and driven, and Alison compliments him perfectly. Their wedding was at an old, gorgeous house in Georgia, and the soft peach and pink colors added to the southern charm feel of the day. Their ceremony was in a charming courtyard, their cake was cut in a spacious, naturally-lit room in the house, and the rest of their reception took place outside under a large white tent. Thanks for letting us capture your day. It's always nice to work with family. :)
